Sajid Khan

President of MicroAgility

As president of MicroAgility, Sajid is responsible for MicroAgility’s strategy and vision, major client relationships and leading key engagements. Sajid has over three decades of management and consulting experience. He has been involved in many significant projects such as operational improvements, cost reduction and managing growth. Prior to MicroAgility, Sajid held senior consulting and industry positions in leading companies such as Merrill Lynch, J. P. Morgan and Deloitte & Touché Consulting Group.
Sajid has addressed several forums and volunteer for a number of non-profit organizations. These include Stern School of Business Alumni Council, where he chairs the Entrepreneurship committee and is Principal of a Saturday School.
In all endeavors, whether in the world of business or community service, Sajid strives to help others succeed and to create opportunities that are sustainable and uplifting for humanity -- always guided by the virtues of hard work, focus, quality, innovation and kindness. Sajid works to promote tolerance and peace across cultures and religions through dialogue. Sajid received his MBA in Finance & Information Systems from the Stern School of Business of New York University and his BS in Management of Information Systems from the City University of New York. He is also a Wharton Fellow at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Marshall Checket

Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant at MicroAgility, Marshall is a respected innovator in Project and Program Management practices. He has experience in Financial, Insurance, Healthcare and other industries implementing projects and programs that cross boundaries between IT, business process and organizational structure.

Marshall is the Manager of Project Office including PM training, standards management, tracking project metrics, project audits, intervention in problem projects. He has led projects at Continental Insurance, AT&T, State Street, Prudential, Freddie Mac c and others.

Marshall works with Project Managers, IT leaders, project teams, and customers to ensure that projects can be successful and deliver business results through adherence to industry proven standards. He is also the Author of Project Management standards, and training/mentoring of PMs. Marshall holds BS in Physics, MS in Computer Science and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Sarah Richardson

As a healthcare executive with 22 year in IT, Sarah is passionate about covering topics ranging from strategic planning and accountability, to leadership and patient safety. I am actively involved in CHIME and HIMSS as well as volunteering with Wounded Warriors and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Curt Triplett

Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant at MicroAgility, Curt is an expert in Application and Database Design. Curt has vast 23 years of experience in Database/Application performance tuning while working for clients such as AT&T, American Express, Verizon Wireless, Wells Fargo, Mastercard International, and many others. His abilities include completely transforming any sub-optimized business application/database, and systematically applying his skills to improve the performance – consistently.

Curt holds patentable methodology (Database Performance Optimization practice- DPO OP) for tuning queries which are designed for present as well as for future needs. He is a result oriented and team player with strong Data modeling skills

Mansoor Bhatty

As Branch Director of MicroAgility for Chapel Hill, Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina, Ann is responsible for introducing MicroAgility to the Research Triangle. Ann has over 2 decades experience in Project Management, Business Analysis and Programming in Telecommunications and the Health and Life insurance Industries.

She has been involved as consultant and staff manager, as a liaison between IT and Management. She has successfully completed many projects for companies including AT & T, Mutual of New York, Prudential, IBM and Verizon. She is a Certified Project t Management Institute PMP® and holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business of New York University. She has a BA in Mathematics from the City College of New York
